of all concerned that the Board of Directors
of the Investment Corporation of Bangladesh
(ICB) in its meeting held on 5 November,
2008 has decided to raise the Corporation's
Authorised Capital from Tk. 100.00 crore
to Tk. 500.00 crore and Paid-up Capital
from Tk. 100.00 crore to Tk. 200.00
crore by issuing 1 (one) right share
against 1 (one) Ordinary Share with
Tk. 900.00 premium totalling Tk. 1,000.00
(one thousand) per share. Implementation
of the Board decision is subject to
the approval of the Gorvernment and
completion of required formalities....
